Monthly Training Honorarium
Monthly training honorarium for selected candidates are to be 22,500/- as lump sum for the training period as prescribed by the state office. Trainers are entitled for honorarium only for the training period if not continued for the extended course period or the next session.

Instructions For Applying
01. Willing candidates must get them registered and verified by the time prescribed. For registration and verification candidates must carry with themselves original copies of qualification/Tech Skills certificates, experience certificate/s, necessary document for age verification etc with two self-attested copies of these along with application form.
02. Candidates are expected to self-check their qualifications and experience with required qualifications and experience for various posts before applying for and participating in walk-in-interview. Application and services will be terminated if found not eligible or with false information in application at stage of selection/ service. Candidates itself shall be responsible for this.
03. Applications will not be accepted after 2 hours past of prescribed interview time.
04. Apply seperately if willing candidate is eligible for more than one trade.
05. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview by selection committee.
06. Information regarding experience provided by applicants will be verified and if found not true, application will be turmed as invalid.
07. Selection will be done based on merit. Selection list will be displayed on information board outside the office and at the district webportal www.bastar.gov.in. mention phone number, email ID so that you should be contacted.
08. Selected candidates will be paid a monthly training honorarium of ₹22,500/- as a lump sum during the training period. Training will be conducted for the respective course only upon achieving the target as directed by the State Office. The honorarium will be payable only for the duration of the training period. Once the training period is over, the candidate will no longer be entitled to the honorarium. However, if continuous training activities are conducted in the future, the trainer will be eligible for the honorarium for those periods.
09. The honorarium for trainers appointed for Soft Skills, Spoken English & Communication Skill will be paid as per the Collector rate.
10. Candidates must have ToT – Domain Certification & Platform Certification / CTI / CITS certification (attach certificates). Preference will be given to candidates with TT – Domain Certification & Platform Certification / CTI / CITS during selection. In the absence of certified candidates for any course, only then will non-certified candidates be given the opportunity for an interview.
11. If a candidate does not have ToT – Domain Certification & Platform Certification from the relevant SSC, then it will be mandatory for the candidate to obtain the ToT Certification in the relevant sector at their own expense within one month from the date of joining. Otherwise, the appointment will be considered canceled.
12. The experience mentioned in front of the respective post above is mandatory. In the absence of equivalent experience, the candidate will not be eligible for the interview.
13. Selected candidates must join within 7 days of receiving the selection notification. Otherwise, the selection will be automatically considered canceled, and the opportunity will be given to candidates on the waiting list.
14. No reservation-related rules will apply in this recruitment process.
15. The selection of the trainer will be purely temporary. If the performance is found satisfactory, the work period may be extended.
16. After selection, if the performance is found unsatisfactory, the selection may be canceled.
17. Recruitment to the above-mentioned posts is purely temporary and depends on the training targets received from the State Office. If any regular/transfer/contract appointment is made by the government against the said post, then the appointment of the guest trainer will automatically come to an end.
18. In addition to training duties, the selected candidate will be responsible for mobilizing beneficiaries, counseling them, and ensuring the placement of trainees within 3 months after the completion of training.
19. If training is not conducted in the concerned sector, the appointment may be terminated.
20. Selected candidates will not be entitled to any allowance or facility other than the training honorarium, and they will not be eligible for any leave other than official government holidays.
21. The selected candidate is being invited for training duties for a period of up to 12 months only. The duration of engagement may be extended based on the continuity of the course in the designated sector and the candidate’s performance.
22. Experience from government, semi-government, or private institutions will be considered valid.
